Membership Only

Know your way around the gym? Want to do your own thing?  Then all you need is a membership!  We are happy to help whenever we can, but coaching is not included with the membership only option.  We are open from 4AM to 10PM, 360 days a year.

$40 / month - adult
$30/ month - student
$25 enrollment fee
Enrollment fee waived with auto pay or by signing up for 3 months

For the “Membership only” option, pages 4-6 of the paperwork packet are optional; for program participation all 6 pages are required

Programming Details

Whether you are a Health & Fitness, Sports Performance, or Powerlifting athlete, Stand Strong Programs are structured as outlined below.

  • A Stand Strong membership is required for participation in all programs
  • Sign up for Group coaching programs is by the month
  • Make-up sessions are not offered for group programs
  • Private coaching sessions can be canceled with advance notice

Health & Fitness Coaching

From private sessions to group programming, we offer our health and fitness athletes a full range of training options.  Don’t see a group program on the calendar that meets your needs?  Is there something specific you wish we offered?  Bring together a group of friends or coworkers with similar goals & schedules and we will design a custom group program (*)! There is lots of creativity available with the health & fitness coaching option.  One stepping stone goal at a time, we will support you in reaching your long term health and fitness goals.


(*) = Custom designed programs will fall into the scope of practice based on coach education & certification levels.

Sports Performance Coaching

The basic fitness aspects of physical health lay the foundation for safely developing the more advanced skill components of agility, balance, coordination, power, speed and reaction time.  The Stand Strong Athletic Physical testing protocol tells us where athletes are and what is needed for them to improve. At Stand Strong we recognize that athletes are often “over-skilled” in relationship to basic fitness levels. Addressing this imbalance decreases injury risk & increases performance.  The assessment protocol for our youngest athletes is largely focused on foundational movement patterns and is integrated into a workout…they don’t even know they are being assessed.  We offer age appropriate programming for middle school through college levels athletes and adult athletes too!

Powerlifting Team

Stand Strong Powerlifting coaches have experience competing and coaching on National & International platforms and the formal educations to back it up.  The desire to get stronger and the work ethic to back it up are the only prerequisites for joining one of our powerlifting teams.  Want to compete?  Great.  Simply want to train with the team to get stronger and don’t want to compete?  That’s great too.  We support our lifters at local meets and bring athletes to USA Powerlifting high school, teenage, collegiate and open national championships.  We have in person, online, & hybrid coaching options.

 

 

Our powerlifting mission is to empower athletes, competitive and non competitive, to be the strongest physical and mental version of themselves.  Stand Strong Powerlifting Teams will continue to grow and improve until there is a known Stand Strong presence at the National and Local levels.
